Kenneth MacMillan’s comedic Elite Syncopations was first performed by the Royal Ballet, Covent Garden on October 7, 1974. The National Ballet premiered the production on November 10, 1978 featuring Karen Kain, Frank Augustyn, Vanessa Harwood, Peter Schaufuss, Gizella Witkowsky and David Roxander.
